Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel substituted heterocyclic compound, which can be used as a K-RAS mutation target inhibitor. Specifically disclosed are a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a solvate, a hydrate, an isotope substitute, or an isomer thereof. The compound represented by formula (I) has an affinity with a K-RAS mutation target, especially has a potent proliferation inhibition effect on K-RASG12D mutant cancer cells, and can be used for preparing a drug or a molecular probe for preventing or treating diseases (such as cancer and immune diseases) related to a K-RAS mutation (especially G12D mutation) signaling pathway.
