BACKGROUND ART FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a conventional mascara container that is widely used.
Referring to FIG. 1, the conventional manicure container includes a bottle 110 for containing a mascara liquid 200, a brush rod 130 and a cover and handgrip 150. The bottle 110 has a bottleneck 100b on an upper portion and a thread 100 is formed on the bottleneck 100b. The brush rod 130 having a brush 120 mounted on a lower end is vertically mounted on a central portion of the cover and handgrip 150.
The cover and handgrip 150 has a thread 100 to be threadedly engaged with the thread 100.
In the conventional mascara container having such a structure, the cover and handgrip 150 is threadedly engaged with the bottleneck 100b such that the mascara liquid 200 is preserved in the bottle 110. In using the mascara liquid 200, the cover and handgrip 150 is released open by turning it and is withdrawn upwardly. Then, the mascara is applied to eyelashes using the brush drenched into the mascara liquid 200.
However, when using the mascara to make up the eyelashes, the conventional manicure container has an inconvenience in that the brush 120 must be frequently dipped into the mascara liquid 300. Also, because the mascara liquid disappears in air, a user should be careful so as not to harden the mascara liquid 200.
Further, because the brush 120 is used only to make up the eyelashes due to its limited function, the conventional mascara does not meet a consumer's various desires for beauty.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to solve the foregoing problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a mascara container, in which a brush absorbs a constant amount of mascara liquid by a constant amount so that a user can make up eyelashes more effectively. Also, the mascara container is naturally sealed and it is possible to minimize a disappearance of the liquid in air due to its own volatility. Furthermore, the mascara liquid can be refilled into the container so that the container can be recycled, thereby being economical.

The container body 46 has a cavity to contain the mascara liquid. The wipers 42 and 42b are forceably inserted into the discharge openings 44 and 44b and the tap insertion groove 52 is detached to the tap 47, such that the cap 54 opens/closes one side of the container body 46.
Also, the brush body 24 is inserted into the other side of the container body 46, and the female thread 22 of the ascent guide 14 is threaded with the male thread 45 of the container body 45.
In order to seal the container body 46, the wiper sealing member 50 passes through the packing ring 56a such that the discharge opening 41b of one wiper 42b is sealed.
The brush rod 26 passes through the packing ring 56b such that the discharge opening 41 of the other wiper 42 is sealed.
The packing ring 56b is made of rubber material and maintains a lock state, and the discharge packing 451 is made of elastic silicon material, such that the brush 30 can contain a constant amount of the mascara liquid. Also, external air can be blocked. Here, the discharge packing 451 is protruded from the semicircular liquid separating tap 450 at an upper portion of the wipers 40 and 40b.
In the structure that ascends/descends the brush body 24 along the ascent guide 14, the pin stoppage opening la and 10 and the pin guide opening 2 is formed in a shape, and the guide protrusion moving groove 12 is formed in a shape. Thus, the ascent pin 32 and the guide protrusions 23 and 23b are fixed by the ascent/descent and right/left movement.
In the operation of the mascara according to the present invention, the wiper 42 is inserted into the discharge opening 44 of the container body 46. In a state that the brush body 24 is inserted into the ascent guide 14, the container body 46 is connected to the ascent guide 14 so that the brush rod 26 of the brush body 24 can be inserted into the container body 42 through the wiper 42.
At this point, the guide protrusion 23 of the brush body 24 is fitted into the guide protrusion moving groove 12 of the ascent guide 14 and the ascent pin 32 is inserted through the pin guide opening 2 of the ascent guide 14, such that the it is connected to the female thread hole 25 of the brush body 24.
The wiper 42b is inserted into the discharge opening 44b of the container body 46 and the packing ring 56b is inserted and supported by the packing ring support tap 20 of the ascent guide 14. Then, the mascara liquid is injected into the container body 46 through the wiper 42b.
Thereafter, the wiper sealing member 50 is inserted and the cap 54 with the packing ring 56a supported by the packing ring support tap 20b is connected to the upper portion of the container body 46, such that the container body 46 is sealed. Here, the tap insertion groove 52 formed at an inner periphery of the cap 54 is detachably connected to the tap 47 formed at the upper portion of the container body 46.
In order to use the ascent and descent type mascara of the present invention, the cap 54 is released from the container body 46 and the brush is withdrawn through the wiper 42b inserted into the discharge opening 44b of the container body 46.
The ascent pin 32 is held by fingers and moved along the pin guide opening 2, and it is fixed to the pin stoppage opening 10.
At this point, the brush 30 ascends together with the brush body 24 such that it naturally absorbs the mascara liquid. The brush passes through the liquid separating tap 450 formed at the inner periphery of the discharge packing 451 of the wiper 42b. During that time, the brush is withdrawn from the container body 46 in such a state that the mascara liquid is adjusted with a predetermined amount.
Then, the mascara is applied to the eyelashes.
Since the container body 46 is naturally sealed by the wiper 42b and the discharge packing 451, thereby minimizing the disappearing of the volatile-liquid mascara in air.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, the mascara can be used without frequent insertion into the container because the brush ascends and descends. Also, the mascara liquid can be refilled into the container, such that it is very economical in view of recycling.
The brush absorbs a constant amount of mascara liquid so that a user can make up eyelashes more effectively.
The mascara container is naturally sealed during the use of the brush by the silicon wiper and rubber packing ring and thus it is possible to minimize a disappearance of the liquid in air due to its own volatility. Also, the hardening of the liquid can be prevented.
