Abstract:
The ascorbic acid derivative composition according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a salt of a compound (1) represented by general formula (1) and a salt of a compound (2) represented by general formula (2), and is characterized in that the proportion of the salt of the compound (2) in relation to the total amount of the salt of the compound (1) and the salt of the compound (2) is 0.1-10 mass%. (In the formula, R1 represents a C6-20 straight-chain or branched alkyl group, R2 represents a C6-20 straight-chain or branched alkyl group, and R1
and R2 may be identical to or different from one another.)
