Abstract:
Provided is an ascorbic acid dispersion material which has higher chemical stability and has more superior feeling, including spreadability and smoothness, upon application onto skin. An ascorbic acid dispersion material comprising ascorbic acid crystals dispersed in a solvent, said ascorbic acid dispersion material being characterized in that each of the ascorbic acid crystals has a flat plate-like shape and a thickness of 0.05 to 3 μm and the ascorbic acid crystals have an average particle diameter of 50 to 100 μm.
