Abstract:
The inventive aseismic building block is provided with coaxial projections and grooves on the opposite sides thereof which are embodied in the form of a truncated cone, wherein a through hole is arranged along the projection axis, the height of the projection is equal to or greater than 2/3 of the block height and the cone expansion angle ranges from 5 to 30°. A damping pad made of an elastic plastic material is mounted on the side surface of the projection and a space whose size is equal to or less than the pad thickness is disposed between the grooves and projections, at least two damping rings are arranged on the projection surface, wherein one ring has an internal diameter equal to the external diameter of the cone projection at the height which is less than ½ of the projection height from the base thereof and the internal diameter of the second ring is equal to the external diameter of the cone projection at a height greater than ½ of the projection height from the base thereof.
