Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an aseptic filling machine and an aseptic filling method with which a facility can be reduced in size to hold down an initial investment, a process can be simplified to enable a reduction in running cost, and molding and filling can be performed at the same time in reliable and aseptic state. The aseptic filling machine comprises: a preheat sterilizing section that sterilizes a preform; a heating section that heats the sterilized preform; a molding filling section that performs molding into a bottle and filling of contents at the same time by filling the heated preform with the contents sterilized at high pressure; and a sealing section that seals the bottle filled with the contents. The respective sections are sterilized before an operation of the aseptic filling machine, and aseptic air is supplied to the respective sections to maintain aseptic state during the operation of the aseptic filling machine.
