Abstract:
Provided are an aseptic sampling apparatus and an aseptic sampling method that are simply configured and inexpensive. The aseptic sampling apparatus (1) according to the present invention includes: a sampling channel (2) for pulling out a culture solution (5) in a culture tank (4) to supply the same to an analytical unit (14); and a pressure-applying unit (3) for applying a pressure to the inside of the sampling channel (2). The pressure-applying unit (3) controls the flow pressure or fluid flow rate of a fluid in the sampling channel (2) such that a pressure gradient toward the outlet-side open end nozzle (2b) of the sampling channel (2) is not less than 1 kPa/m.
