Abstract:
An ash discharge device for a boiler comprises an ash outlet (1), a door frame (2) and a door frame protection casing (3). A partition (20) is disposed inside the door frame (2). The left and right sides of the partition (20) are respectively connected to a first metal cord (200) and a second metal cord (201). A through hole (21) mating with the first metal cord (200) is arranged at the left side of the door frame (2). An elongated opening (22) mating with the partition (20) is arranged at the right side of the door frame (2). A fixing rod (30) is arranged at the inner left side of the door frame protection casing (3). The fixing rod (30) is connected to the first metal cord (200) by means of a spring (31). A rotary shaft (32) is arranged at the inner right side of the door frame protection casing (3). The rotary shaft (32) and the second metal cord (201) are securely connected. The ash discharge device further comprises a rotary shaft handle (33) disposed at the exterior of the door frame protection casing (3). By rotating the rotary shaft handle (33), the second metal cord (201) winds around the rotary shaft (32), such that the partition (20) is pulled to discharge ash, and the spring (31) is stretched. After completion of the ash discharge operation, elasticity of the spring moves the partition (20) back to an original position. The ash discharge device can be operated conveniently, and exhibits favorable airtightness. The invention has a simple structure and low costs.
