Abstract:
An aspiration and discharge unit 11 of an aspiration and discharge device 10 has a first unit 21 and a second unit 22. The second unit 22 controls the pressure inside of the first unit 21. The first unit 21 has a storage chamber 41 and a water-sealed chamber 42, and the water-sealed chamber 42 has a first chamber 42a that communicates with the storage chamber 41, and a second chamber 42b that is sealed off from the first chamber 42a by sealing water 36. The second chamber 42b has a negative pressure control unit 50 disposed therein. The negative pressure control unit 50 has a liquid storage unit that stores liquid 54, a control member 52 that has a control hole 52X, and a support tube 53 that supports the control member 52. On the basis of the pressure in the second chamber 42b and the pressure in the first chamber 42a, the negative pressure control unit 50 controls the pressure in the first chamber 42a by allowing a gas flow from the second chamber 42b to the first chamber 42a via the control hole 52X and the liquid 54.
