Abstract:
An assay detection device for ammonium fluoride production, comprising a pipe (1). A detection assembly (2) is provided on the periphery of the pipe, a plugging assembly (3) is provided on the detection assembly, and a spraying assembly (4) is provided on one side of the plugging assembly. Flat plates (201) are provided in the detection assembly; auxiliary plates (202) are provided on the flat plates; vertical blocks (203) are fixedly connected to the auxiliary plates; round openings (204) are formed in the vertical blocks; and ropes (205) penetrate through the round openings. Trigger cylindrical chamber bodies (206) are provided on the ropes on the same vertical surface; first magnets (207) are fixedly connected to one ends of the ropes in the trigger cylindrical chamber bodies; second magnets (208) are fixedly connected to the other ends of the ropes in the trigger cylindrical chamber bodies; and a magnetic switch (209) is provided on the side of each first magnet away from the corresponding second magnet and located at one end of the inner wall of the corresponding trigger cylindrical chamber body. Along with expansion of the vertical blocks, the first magnets and the second magnets get far away from each other during expansion, the first magnets gradually get close to the magnetic switches, and when the distance is close, the magnetic switches can control an alarm (210) having an electrical connection relationship with same to give an alarm, so as to alert workers that gas leakage occurs; and the configuration is different from existing concentration measurement apparatuses being not timely, an alarm can be given in time to prompt personnel to leave or take corresponding measures, and the response speed is relatively high.
