Abstract:
The present invention relates to an assembled food which includes a base portion made of a first ingredient, a garnish portion which is made of a second ingredient different from the first ingredient and which is assembled onto the upper surface of the base portion, and a first insertion groove which is formed in the base portion such that the garnish portion can be inserted therein and assembled onto the base portion. According to the present invention, different ingredients can be assembled together such that a consumer can be provided with the ability to select ingredients suiting his or her preference, and thus the variety of preferences of individual consumers can be better accommodated.
