Abstract:
An assembled-type round steel pipe casing fiber-reinforced concrete column connecting node, which comprises outer wrapping high-strength round steel pipes (1), inner sleeving high-strength round steel pipes (2), and a round casing transition separator plate (4). The outer wrapping high-strength round steel pipes (1) and the inner sleeving high-strength steel pipes (2) are provided at either extremity with wedge-shaped connecting teeth (3). The wedge-shaped connecting teeth (3) are discontinuously and uniformly distributed along the circumference. The round casing transition separator plate (4) comprises a round plate (5). A center through hole (8) is provided at the center of the round plate (5). Vertical separator plates (6) are provided on both the upper and lower surfaces of the round plate (5). Wedge-shaped slide grooves (7) matching the wedge-shaped connecting teeth (3) are provided on the vertical separator plates (6). The steel pipe casing and the round casing transition separator plate (4) implement fixed connection by means of the wedge-shaped connecting teeth (3) and the wedge-shaped slide grooves (7) engaging each other. Onsite welding between the high-strength round steel pipes is avoided, the reliability of the node is increased, all of the steel parts of the entire node are manufactured in a factory and assembled on site, concrete is casted on site, and the impact that onsite construction has on quality is reduced to the greatest extent.
