Abstract:
An assembling method for guide rails of a linear motor module, the method comprising: machining bases by means of segmentation, next assembling two bases, then mounting a guide rail on each base, and finally adjusting the degree of parallelism of each guide rail one by one to achieve a range of precision. The described method effectively solves the problems in the prior art in which the stroke of a single base is too short, machining difficulties easily occur due to the fabrication of the bases being too long, and machining precision is difficult to guarantee.
