Abstract:
An assembling method for a tire wheel assembly (4), characterized by comprising the balance weight determining step (S7) of determining the weight and the mounting position of a balance weight (3) to be mounted on a wheel (1) with a condition in which a minimum RRO point of a wheel (1) and a maximum RFV point of a tire (2) being assumed and based on the weight and the position of the heaviest point in a static unbalance of the wheel (1) and the weight and the position of the lightest point in a static unbalance of the tire (2), the balance weight mounting step (S8) of mounting the balance weight (3) on the wheel (1) based on the weight and the mounting position thus determined, and an assembling step (S0) of phasing the minimum RRO point of the wheel (1) with the maximum RFV point of the tire (2) and assembling the wheel (1) to the tire (2).
