Abstract:
An assembly having an anti-thermal runaway function and a battery module. The assembly having an anti-thermal runaway function comprises: a fireproof plate (1); and a harness plate (2), which is disposed below the fireproof plate (1). Several thin and weak parts (11) are disposed on the fireproof plate (1), and several through holes (20) are disposed on the harness plate (2). The thin and weak parts (11) and the through holes (20) all correspond to explosion-proof valves (31) of a battery (3). A first guard wall (111) is disposed in the thin and weak parts (11), and a second guard wall (201) is disposed in the through holes (20). The thin and weak parts (11) are broken under a specified condition, and the first guard wall (111) and the second guard wall (201) form a fireproof channel. The described assembly can form a fireproof wall channel, isolate high and low voltage components in a module from a high-temperature substance and a flame, and reduce the probability of thermal diffusion by a battery cell in the module.
