Provided is an assembly jig for an electric motor. The electric motor (200) comprises a framework (21) and an iron core (22). The assembly jig (100, 400, 500) is used for inserting the framework into the iron core. The assembly jig comprises a press-in assembly (11, 41, 51) and a guide assembly (12, 42, 52). The press-in assembly comprises a first linkage mechanism (13, 411, 511) and a press-down member (15, 412), and the guide assembly comprises a second linkage mechanism (14, 421, 521) and a guide member (16, 422). After the framework is inserted into the guide member in a first direction (Y), the first linkage mechanism drives the press-down member to press the framework into the iron core in the first direction. During contact between the framework and the iron core and/or subsequent assembly after the contact, the second linkage mechanism drives the guide member to remove same from the framework in a second direction (X) perpendicular to the first direction. The assembly jig is simple in structure and does not need manual operation, thus improving working efficiency and installation quality.
