Abstract:
An assembly machine for a disposable needle-type filter comprises a frame (5) and an automatic controller (7) arranged on the frame (5). The automatic controller (7) is electrically connected with a rotary workbench (6), a first automatic loading mechanism (1), an automatic filter disc attraction mechanism (2), a second automatic loading mechanism (24), and an automatic unloading mechanism (4). The assembly machine realizes automatic loading of an upper cover of the disposable needle-type filter, automatic placement of a filter disc, automatic loading and mounting of a lower cover of the filter, and automatic unloading of the disposable needle-type filter, and realizes automatic production of the disposable needle-type filter.
