Abstract:
A manufacturing method for an assembly with multiple hardnesses, includes these steps: a. a hard plastic (A) and a soft plastic (B) are provided; b. the plastics of different hardness are melted; c. the melted plastics are injected into the cavity of a predetermined mold (66); d. after the two plastics of different hardness have solidified, they form an assembly with multiple hardnesses, the inside and the surface of the assembly presenting an irregular interface (C) at the joint of the two plastics.
