Title:
ASSEMBLY OF A STAND FOR PV MODULES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/167775
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to an assembly of a stand for PV modules (25), comprising a holding fixture (1) and a girder (3). The girder (3) can be mounted on a component (2) of the stand by means of the holding fixture (1). This can be carried out rapidly and ergonomically by only one person. To this end, the holding fixture (1) comprises a laterally open bearing seat into which a hinge pin (4) fixed on the girder (3) can be laterally inserted, starting from a position at a distance from the holding fixture (1). In a first pivoting position (P1) of the girder (3) and in a second pivoting position (P2, P2') of the girder (3), rotated in relation to the first pivoting position, the hinge pin (4) fixed to the girder (3) is inserted in the laterally open bearing seat. The girder (3) comprises an abutment surface (8) that can butt up to a blocking surface of the holding fixture (1). The blocking surface is arranged in a region to the rear of the laterally open bearing seat, such that, in the first pivoting position (P1), the hinge pin (4) fixed to the girder (3) can laterally protrude from the laterally open bearing seat, and in the second pivoting position (P2, P2') of the girder (3), a lateral projection of the pin (4) fixed to the girder (3) out of the laterally open bearing seat (5) is blocked by the abutment surface (8) butting up to the blocking surface. The girder can be fixed to the holding fixture in the mounting location in a practical manner without tools and without auxiliary means to be held separately.
