Abstract:
The present invention forms a hollow section (23), through which a rotating body (19) rotatably penetrates, in the intake manifold (10) of a non-magnetic body. A magnet-holding part (27) for holding a magnet (26) is inserted into the hollow section (23) from the opening-end (25) side thereof. A position sensor (22) is assembled onto an engaging part (30) formed on the outer-circumferential section of the hollow section (23). A cover (35) is spin-welded so as to block the opening end (25) in the state in which the magnet-holding part (27) and the position sensor (22) are assembled with one another. This cover (35) restricts the movement of the magnet-holding part (27) and the position sensor (22) in the direction of the axis of rotation.
