Abstract:
An assembly structure for a prefabricated concrete member comprises a semi-grouted sleeve and an alignment device. The semi-grouted sleeve comprises a sleeve (50), a steel pipe transition section (70), and a self-locking steel frame (40). The sleeve (50) comprises a non-grouted connection section (510) and a grouted connection section (520). The steel frame (40) comprises inner barbs (4210) and outer barbs (4220). The diameter of a passage defined by the multiple inner barbs (4210) is less than the diameter of a second steel connection bar (120), and the diameter of a contour formed by the outer barbs (4220) is greater than the diameter of an inner chamber of the grouted connection section (520). The alignment device comprises a lower support (311) and an upper support (321). Both the upper support (321) and the lower support (311) are electromagnets. Magnetic poles of the same polarity on the upper support (321) and the lower support (311) are opposite each other, and the upper support (321) and the lower support (311) are connected in series to the same circuit. An upper concrete member (11) and a lower concrete member (21) are quickly and accurately aligned on the basis of the principle of magnetic levitation, thereby saving time and labor. The series circuit ensures that the magnetic forces of multiple groups of support mechanisms are the same, thereby ensuring the stability of the supports.
