Abstract:
This assessment device is equipped with: a display screen; a gaze point detection unit for detecting the location of the point at which a test subject observing the display screen is gazing; a display control unit for displaying an image containing an object to be identified and a comparison object which differs from the object to be identified on the display screen; a region setting unit for setting the identification region corresponding to the object to be identified and the comparison region corresponding to the comparison object; a determination unit for determining whether or not the gaze point is located in the identification region and/or the comparison region during the interval in which the image is displayed, on the basis of the gaze point location; a calculation unit for calculating gaze point data on the basis of the determination results from the determination unit; and an assessment unit for obtaining test subject assessment data on the basis of the gaze point data.
