Abstract:

The objective of the present invention is to assess with high precision the skill level of a user with respect to operation of a user device. An acquisition unit 101 acquires service contract information for a user using the user device. On the basis of the service contract information acquired by the acquisition unit 101, an assessment unit 102 assesses the skill level of the user with respect to operation of the user device. A trigger determination unit 103 determines whether a phenomenon (called a "trigger") serving as a trigger for causing a hint to be displayed for the user using the device has occurred. When the trigger determination unit 103 determines that a trigger has occurred, a display control unit 104 displays on a display means a hint corresponding to that trigger and the skill level assessed by the assessment unit 102.
