Abstract:
In the assessment method for a pigment dispersion according to the present invention, a database (15) is prepared which includes the relationship between: a parameter indicating the state of a pigment dispersion (1) that is measured with respect to a comparison pigment dispersion (1) obtained by a pigment (2) being dispersed in advance in a medium (3); and the reflectivity of the pigment dispersion (1). Light is irradiated onto the surface of the measurement-target pigment dispersion (1) to measure the reflectivity of the measurement-target pigment dispersion (1), and the reflectivity of the measurement-target pigment dispersion (1) is compared with the database (15) to assess the dispersed state of the measurement-target pigment dispersion (1).
