Abstract:
The present application provides an assistance method for a mobile terminal and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: a requesting end creates a requesting session and generates form information; the requesting end sends the form information to a responding end to instruct the responding end to generate an assistance form by using the form information; the requesting end receives assistance information sent by the responding end, the assistance information comprising parameters obtained by the responding end parameterizing an operation event; and the requesting end executes the parameters comprised in the assistance information.
