Abstract:
A plurality of sets of recovery information are stored in a storage unit (32). Each of the plurality of sets of recovery information includes first information indicating a failure code, second information indicating a cause of the failure, and third information indicating measures. An extraction unit (38) extracts, from the plurality of sets of recovery information stored in the storage unit (32), recovery information in which the second information indicates a cause other than a specific cause. A classification unit (39) classifies the recovery information extracted by the extraction unit (38) according to the failure code indicated by the first information. For each group classified by the classification unit (39), the classification unit (40) classifies the recovery information included in the group according to the measures indicated by the third information. A setting unit (41) sets the priority for each group classified by the classification unit (40).
