Abstract:
Provided is an assisting robot device in which the degree of freedom of arrangement of a drive unit and the degree of freedom of usage of the robot can be improved. This assisting robot device is provided with: a drive unit at least including a drive part; a power transmission unit which is driven both forward and backward by the drive part; an operating unit which is connected to the drive part via the power transmission unit and which performs a rotating operation along with the forward and backward driving of the power transmission unit; and a unit to be operated, to/from which the operating unit can be attached/detached and which is rotated by the rotating operation of the operating unit.
