Abstract:
An astronomical velocity measurement and ground radio based Mars capture phase navigation method, comprising the following steps: a ground station obtains the distance between a detector and the ground by means of radio range finding; the ground station obtains the radial velocity between the detector and the ground station by means of radio Doppler velocity measurement; the detector obtains the radial velocity between the detector and a certain fixed star by means of an autonomous velocity measurement navigation sensor; and astronomy and ground based navigation position and velocity estimation are obtained by means of extended Kalman filtering. Compared with the navigation relying only on ground radio, an autonomous astronomical velocity measurement quantity as observed by the detector is added to the method, thereby effectively improving navigation precision.
