Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antenna comprising: a first ground part formed on one layer of a substrate; a composite right/left handed transmission line (CRLH-TL) part formed on one layer of the substrate and connected to the first ground part; a second ground part formed on the other one layer of the substrate; and at least one via for connecting the CRLH-TL part with the second ground part, wherein resonance is generated in the CRLH-TL part and the second ground part. According to the present invention, a broadband antenna having a band broader than that of a meta-material antenna can be implemented, and an antenna having a large bandwidth and a small size can be implemented.
