Abstract:
The present invention provides an asymmetric hydrophobic polyolefin hollow fiber membrane, preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The hollow fiber membrane comprises a support layer and a separation layer. The separation layer comprises an outer surface, and the outer surface comprises a certain number of first pores having a certain pore size. The presence of the first pores facilitates the entry of an anesthetic gas, such as sevoflurane and remifentanil, into a patient's blood through the hollow fiber membrane, thus facilitating keeping the patient in a sedative state during a surgery, facilitating reducing the amount of an anaesthetic in a surgery, reducing surgical costs, and avoiding secondary damage of the use of an excessive amount of an anaesthetic to a patient. In addition, the hollow fiber membrane further has a long plasma penetration time, high tensile strength, and high elongation at break that meet actual application requirements, and is thus particularly suitable for use in the field of human blood oxygenation containing an anesthetic gas and gas-liquid separation. In addition, the present invention also provides a preparation method for the hollow fiber membrane. The preparation method is rapid and effective, simple to operate and suitable for large-scale promotion.
