Abstract:
Disclosed are an asynchronous successive approximation resister analog-to-digital converter and an inner clock generator included therein. The internal clock generator included in the successive approximation resister analog-to-digital converter comprises: a detection unit for generating an up pulse or a down pulse by sensing the temporal points at which the last internal clock and the following external clock are generated; and a delay block for increasing or reducing the delay time by controlling a bias voltage in accordance with the up pulse or down pulse.
