Provided are an atmosphere lamp component (10), a panel assembly of an air conditioner (100), and the air conditioner (100). The atmosphere lamp component (10) is suitable for connecting to a panel component (20) of the air conditioner (100), and comprises: a lamp body (11), wherein a light-emitting member (15) is provided in the lamp body (11), and the lamp body (11) is provided with a first positioning portion and a first snap-fitting portion; the first positioning portion is in positioning fit with the panel component (20); and the first snap-fitting portion is configured to be fixed to the panel component (20) in a snap-fitting manner. This kind of atmosphere lamp component helps to reduce the number of connectors, reduce the installation costs, and reduce operation processes for fastening the connectors, such that the installation efficiency of the atmosphere lamp component is greatly improved, and thus the production efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
