Abstract:
An atomising component for easy automated assembly, an atomising apparatus, and manufacturing methods therefor, the atomising component (1) comprising a heating assembly (11), a cover body (12), and a base (13), the heating assembly (11) comprising a heat generating body (111), the heat generating body (111) comprising a heat generating part (1111) and an electrical connection part (1112), the cover body (12) being provided with a longitudinally open electrode connection hole (124) for the insertion of an electrode (14), and the electrical connection part (1112) protruding from the opening of the electrode connection hole (124). The atomising apparatus comprises a housing (2) and the atomising component (1). The manufacturing method for the atomising component (1) comprises: assembling the heating assembly (11), the cover body (12), and the base (13); and inserting an electrode (14) into the electrode connection hole (124), the electrode (14) bending the electrical connection part (1112) into the electrode connection hole (124). The manufacturing method for the atomising apparatus comprises loading the atomising component (1) into the housing (2). The atomising component (1) and the atomising apparatus have a simple and reliable structure and good strength between components, and the dimensional tolerance thereof can be very precise, which is extremely beneficial for automated assembly. The manufacturing methods for the atomising component (1) and the atomising apparatus are simple and reliable, which is extremely beneficial for automated assembly.
