An atomization device and an electronic cigarette. The atomization device comprises a liquid storage device (10) and an atomization base (20); a heating device (21) is provided on the atomization base (20), an atomization chamber (22) is formed on the atomization base (20); a mouthpiece (23) and an air channel (24) are provided on the atomization base (20), and the mouthpiece (23) is in communication with the atomization chamber (22) by means of the air channel (24); and the liquid storage device (10) is detachably mounted on the atomization base (20), the liquid storage device (10) comprises a liquid storage chamber (11) and an e-liquid guide medium (12), and the e-liquid guide medium (12) being arranged in cooperation with the heating device (21). The liquid storage device (10) and the atomization base (20) are detachably connected, achieving separation of the liquid storage device (10) and the heating device (21); and when the liquid storage device (10) is replaced, the cost is reduced, and the environmental protection is improved.
