Provided are an atomization head (1), an atomizer (100) and an electronic cigarette. The atomization head (1) comprises a shell (12) provided with a liquid inlet (121) and an inner cavity (17), and an atomization head base (81) provided with a gas inlet channel (151), wherein the liquid inlet (121) and the gas inlet channel (151) both communicate with the inner cavity (17); a bottom end of the shell (12) is fixedly connected to the atomization head base (81); an elastic part (16) encloses a gas outlet end of the gas inlet channel (151); the elastic part (16) has a first state and a second state; in the first state, the gas inlet channel (151) is in communication with the inner cavity (17); and in the second state, the gas inlet channel (151) and the inner cavity (17) are blocked up against each other. By providing the elastic part (16), the communication between the gas inlet channel (151) and the inner cavity (17) can be enabled or disabled according to requirements when the atomization head (1) is used; and when the atomization head (1) is not used, the communication between the gas inlet channel (151) and the inner cavity (17) is disabled, so as to effectively prevent tobacco liquid from leaking out of the inner cavity (17).
