An atomization inhalation device. The atomization inhalation device comprises a wearable main unit (100) and a face-worn atomization cup (200). The face-worn atomization cup (200) comprises a liquid medicine bin (210), an atomization assembly (220), and a face-worn piece (230), wherein the liquid medicine bin (210) is configured to store liquid medicine, and the liquid medicine bin (210) is provided with an atomized gas output hole. The atomization assembly (220) is connected to the liquid medicine bin (210), and the atomization assembly (220) is configured to atomize the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine bin (210). The face-worn piece (230) is configured to be worn on the face of a user, the face-worn piece (230) is connected to the liquid medicine bin (210), the face-worn piece (230) is provided with an inhalation hole, and the inhalation hole is in communication with the atomized gas output hole. The wearable main unit (100) comprises a wearable piece, a main control circuit board (120), and a power supply module (130), wherein the main control circuit board (120) and the power supply module (130) are connected to the face-worn piece (230). When in use, the user wears the wearable piece, and wears the face-worn piece (230) on their face, and heavy components such as the main control circuit board (120) and the power supply module (130) are carried on a body part in contact with the wearable piece, so that a light weight of a face wearing part is achieved. The user does not need to hold the atomization inhalation device in their hands, such that the problem that a traditional atomization inhalation device needs to be held by hand during the whole process is solved.
