Abstract:
An atomizer assembling device comprises a first clamping device (3), a second clamping device (4), and a power device (5). The power device (5) comprises a first power component (51) and a push rod (52) that are connected. The first clamping device (3) is used for clamping a suction nozzle assembly. The second clamping device (4) is used for clamping a semifinished atomizer. The push rod (52), the suction nozzle assembly and the semifinished atomizer are located in a same axial direction. A limit protrusion (521) is disposed on the side wall of the push rod (52), and is used for being pressed against the end face of the first clamping device (3) when the first power component (51) pushes the push rod (52) to move close to the suction nozzle assembly along an axial direction, so that a clamping portion of the first clamping device (3) is opened. The push rod (52) is also used for making the suction nozzle assembly attached to the end face of the push rod (52) after the push rod (52) moves to and presses against the end face of the suction nozzle assembly. The first power component (51) is also used for pushing the push rod (52) to move close to the semifinished atomizer along an axial direction, so as to assemble the suction nozzle assembly onto the semifinished atomizer. The device can improve the working efficiency and the defect-free rate of products.
