Abstract:
An atomizer and an electronic cigarette. The atomizer comprises an e-liquid storage compartment (1), wherein an e-liquid storage cavity (104) for storing e-liquid and an atomization tube (102) for discharging smoke are formed in the e-liquid storage compartment (1); at least part of an outer wall of the atomization tube (102) is arranged in the e-liquid storage cavity (104); and at least part of the outer wall of the atomization tube (102) is provided with at least one air channel (103) and an air hole (105), the air channel (103) is in communication with the air hole (105), and the air channel (103) and/or the air hole (105) are/is shaped and sized such that only air can pass through but e-liquid in the e-liquid storage cavity (104) cannot pass through. In the atomizer, by means of designing the air hole (105) and the air channel (103), which are in communication with each other, outside air enters the air channel (103) through the air hole (105) and then enters the e-liquid storage cavity (104) to maintain air pressure balance in the e-liquid storage cavity (104), so as to prevent e-liquid leakage caused by the e-liquid flowing into the atomization tube (102) and then out of the atomizer due to the formation of negative pressure in the e-liquid storage cavity (104).
