Abstract:
An atomizer and an electronic cigarette. The atomizer comprises: an e-liquid reservoir and a heating core (5), wherein an e-liquid storage chamber (301) and at least one e-liquid backup space (605) in communication with the e-liquid storage chamber (301) are formed in the e-liquid reservoir; and the heating core (5) is arranged in the e-liquid reservoir, and the heating core (5) is used to heat e-liquid in the e-liquid storage chamber (301), and heat e-liquid in the at least one e-liquid backup space when the e-liquid in the e-liquid storage chamber (301) is insufficient. The atomizer and the electronic cigarette solve the problem that after the e-liquid in the e-liquid storage chamber (301) is used up, the heating core (5) cannot be supplemented with e-liquid, such that the heating core (5) is burned due to continuous vaping.
