An atomizing suction nozzle and an atomizing device. The atomizing suction nozzle comprises: a suction nozzle portion comprising a pipe body (11), the pipe body being provided with an air guide channel (111); and an air passage portion (12), the air passage portion being provided with an air passage inlet (13) and mounted at one end of the pipe body, and the air passage inlet being communicated with the air guide channel and used for inputting atomized spray into the air guide channel. The air passage portion shields part of the air guide channel at one end of the air guide channel, and at least one first opening (14) communicated with the air guide channel is provided at the position where the air guide channel is shielded; and the first opening is used for guiding air into the air guide channel, and the air is located between the inner wall of the pipe body and the atomized spray. The air entering the first opening can form a high-speed air film on the inner wall of the pipe body, the atomized spray is isolated from the inner wall of the pipe body, and then condensate formed by the atomized spray on the inner wall of the pipe body is reduced.
