Abstract:
An attachable microphone and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. The attachable microphone of the present invention comprises: a substrate (100) including a back chamber (110) having a first cylindrical hollow, and a first frame member (120) surrounding the back chamber (110) and containing a first polymer; a back plate part (200) disposed on the substrate (100), including a plurality of first through holes (210), and including a back plate (220) containing a second polymer; a first electrode part (300) located on the back plate part (200), having a plurality of second through holes (310), and including a first electrode member (320); a support member (400) including a front chamber (410) disposed on the first electrode part (300) and having a second cylindrical hollow, and a second frame member (420) containing a third polymer and surrounding the front chamber (410); a second electrode part (500) located on the support part (400) and including a second electrode member (510); and a diaphragm (600) located on the second electrode part (500) and including a thin film (610) containing a fourth polymer, such that the present invention has high and constant sensitivity within an audible frequency range (15-10,000 Hz) and size range (29-134 dBSPL), and can be attached to various surfaces including skin and curved surfaces.
