A lighting device (100) includes a housing, one or more light sources (110), one or more lenses (148) and an attachment mechanism or clip (114). The housing includes a front end, a lower surface, and an upper surface. The one or more light sources (110) are positioned at a front end of the housing. The one or more lenses (148) are positioned proximate to the light sources (110). The clip or the attachment mechanism (114) is coupled to the lower surface of the housing.
