Abstract:
Working environments are not affected, even indoor, due to exhaust gas process of hot gas (hot blast) and volatile gas generated by heating flux, by attaching an exhaust gas cooling and cleaning process device to a reflow furnace. Furthermore, the exhaust gas cooling and cleaning process device can stably operate for a long period of time without cooling water replenishment.
