Abstract:
The present invention discloses an attachment device that suppresses a decrease in the detection accuracy of a sensor. This attachment device is designed to attach a sensor to one surface side of a transmission plate such that the sensor can detect a transmitted wave transmitted from the other surface side, and is provided with: a support part which is fixed between the transmission plate and the sensor, and in which a recessed section recessed in a direction away from the transmission plate is formed, a window section for exposing the sensor to the transmission plate side is formed in the recessed section so as to face an opening of the recessed section, and the recessed section has a facing surface formed so as to separate from the opening toward the window section while facing the transmission plate; a heating part which is disposed on a back surface on the reverse side of the facing surface in the recessed section; and a conduction part which is disposed so as to spread along the facing surface, and conducts heat conducted from the heating part along the facing surface. The heat conducted by the conduction part is radiated toward the transmission plate.
