When a protector (10) is attached to a radiator support side, a vehicle-width-direction inner elastic leg portion (70C) of an elastic leg portion (70) constituting a lower elastic leg portion (42) slides relative to a vehicle-width-direction outer edge portion of an under panel. Therefore, by elastically deforming the vehicle-width-direction inner elastic leg portion (70C) toward the vehicle-width outer direction using a tip end portion (70A) as a starting point, the position of an engagement piece (80) formed on the vehicle-width-direction inner elastic leg portion (70C) of the elastic leg portion (70) can be moved to a position at which the engagement piece can be reliably engaged with the vehicle-width-direction outer edge portion of the under panel.
