Abstract:

Provided is an attachment structure for an electric oil pump (1) that arranges the electric oil pump (1) without the use of a flow pipe therebetween. The electric oil pump (1) is provided with: a pump section (10) that comprises an internal gear pump (14); and a motor section (30) that comprises a sensorless brushless DC motor (31) that is arranged to be adjacent to the pump section (10) and that causes the internal gear pump (14) to rotate. A transmission (70) is provided with a transmission case (72) that accommodates the electric oil pump (1) in the interior thereof and that comprises an oil pan (74). In the electric oil pump (1), at least a through hole (62) for supplying hydraulic oil to the pump section is provided to the transmission case (72) such that said through hole (62) is submerged in the hydraulic oil that is stored in the oil pan (74).
