The disclosed structure is provided with: a chassis (1); and a rigid mounting member (3) that has at least three affixing support sections that connect to the chassis (1). The rigid mounting member (3) has a mounting surface (31) that affixes a base unit (2), and with the mounting surface (31) as a reference plane along a horizontal plane, at least one of the aforementioned affixing support sections is provided at a position that is at one edge (31a) of the mounting surface (31) and that is higher than the center of gravity (C) of the base unit (2), and at least one other of the aforementioned affixing support sections is provided at a position that is at another edge (31b) of the mounting surface (31) and that is lower than the center of gravity (C) of the base unit (2).
