Abstract:
An attendance system includes an attendance card and an attendance device. Micro-image codes used to distinguish between different users are printed on the surfaces of the attendance cards. The attendance device includes a clock unit for supplying time and a storage unit for storing user attendance information. The attendance device decodes the micro-image code obtained from the surface of the attendance card to the only corresponding information code, and the information code and the current time are stored as attendance information into the storage unit of the attendance device. An attendance recording method includes the following steps: checking the information code after decoding the micro-image code of the attendance card, relating the information code to the current time and storing the information code as attendance information.
