Abstract:
An auction apparatus for performing auction sale of various goods without causing goods to be sold at excessively high prices. The auction apparatus has a function computing a recommended selling asking price of each of various goods used as an upper limit value of the bid price of the commodity and a function allowing a sale intender to specify a specified selling asking price used as an upper limit value of the bid price of the commodity and outputting an indication of change of the specified selling asking price if the specified selling asking price is higher than the recommended selling asking price.
