Abstract:
The present invention enables an easy start to an audio chat between a user and another user. In one embodiment, a server has: an information storage unit that stores a variety of information; a notification information transmission unit that, in response to receiving a start request for an audio chat with an invited user who is invited to the audio chat from the terminal device of the requesting user, transmits predetermined notification information to the terminal device of the invited user; a state monitoring unit that monitors that the requesting user and the invited user are in an executable state that can execute the audio chat; and an audio chat control unit that, when the requesting user and the invited user are in an executable state, enables audio chat communication between the terminal device of the requesting user and the terminal device of the invited user. The present invention functions as an audio chat management device that manages audio chats executed between users operating terminal devices.
